Delete your Rest Daddy account

You can delete your Rest Daddy account and everything backed up in it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Rest Daddy and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Automatic backup.
3. Tap Delete my account, then tap it again to confirm.

Your account and every backed-up record are deleted right away, and the app erases the information on that phone.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@restdaddy.app from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• your sign-in (email address)
• everything you backed up: profile and photo, shift, schedule, hours, paid rest, time off, stipends, planned overtime and rest tables
• your account details (the day you started and your Premium status)

Copies may remain in our providers' encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are erased. Premium subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play: deleting your account does not cancel them, so cancel in your phone's subscription settings too.

If you never signed in, nothing is stored with us. Delete the app, or use Profile > Delete my data, to erase what's on your phone.
